- The candidate will be responsible for handling multiple states, driving primary and secondary sales, achieving regional targets, managing and mentoring Area Sales Managers and Medical Representatives, appointing and developing distributors, ensuring effective coverage and market expansion
- The role requires solid leadership skills, strategic planning ability, and consistent execution to achieve business growth
- Candidate must have exposure to handling minimum two states as RSM in current organization.
- Minimum 23 years experience as Regional Sales Manager (2nd Line Manager) with minimum 2 states covering.
