Position Summary

Will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, mutual fund and financial product brokerage reconciliation, revenue tracking, payouts, MIS, GST/TDS-related activities, and coordination with AMCs, RTAs, product teams and internal sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounts & Accounting Operations
- Manage day-to-day accounting entries and maintain books of accounts.
- Record and verify receipts, payments, expenses, invoices and other transactions.
- Maintain vendor, client and business partner ledgers.
- Assist in monthly closing and preparation of accounting schedules.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.

2. Mutual Fund Brokerage & Revenue Reconciliation
- Reconcile mutual fund brokerage received from AMCs / platforms / RTAs with internal records.
- Track brokerage, trail income and other revenue generated from mutual fund business.
- Identify discrepancies in brokerage credits and coordinate for resolution.
- Maintain AMC-wise, product-wise, RM-wise and client-wise brokerage records.




- Track pending brokerage and follow up with concerned parties.

3. Financial Product Revenue & Payouts
- Reconcile revenue from Mutual Funds, Bonds, Fixed Deposits, Insurance, PMS, AIF and other financial products.
- Verify commission/brokerage calculations and ensure accurate recording.
- Prepare RM/employee incentive and payout-related statements as required.
- Coordinate with the business and operations teams for revenue-related queries.

4. Bank & Ledger Reconciliation
- Perform regular bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Reconcile brokerage receipts with bank credits and accounting records.
- Identify unmatched transactions and outstanding items.
- Maintain proper follow-up records until reconciliation is completed.

5. GST, TDS & Statutory Support
- Assist in GST and TDS-related accounting and reconciliation.
- Verify GST/TDS deductions in invoices and brokerage statements.
