Theodolite Surveyor – Job Responsibilities

1. Conduct accurate land, site, and building surveys using a theodolite and other surveying instruments.

2. Establish and verify site levels, benchmarks, grid lines, coordinates, and reference points.

3. Carry out setting-out works for walls, partitions, columns, flooring, ceilings, and other construction elements.

4. Take accurate site measurements and prepare survey records and measurement reports.

5. Verify dimensions, alignments, levels, and locations as per approved drawings.

6. Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Engineers, and the execution team for setting-out and measurement requirements.

7. Identify and report discrepancies between site conditions and approved drawings.

8. Assist in preparing as-built measurements and updating site drawings based on actual site conditions.

9. Maintain proper records of survey data, measurements, benchmarks, and site references.

Ensure surveying activities are completed accurately and within project timelines.

11. Inspect and maintain surveying instruments to ensure accuracy and proper functioning.

12. Follow site safety procedures and company standards while carrying out surveying activities.

13. Support the project team during quantity measurements, verification, and execution-related survey requirements.

14. Conduct surveys for commercial interior fit-out and construction works as required.

15. Communicate any site measurement or alignment issues to the concerned Project/Site Engineer immediately.

Qualifications: Diploma In Civil Engineering or related Field.

Experience: Minimum2 Years of experience in Surveying and site measurements

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
