Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Inside Sales Executive role based in Gurugram. The Inside Sales Executive will handle inbound and outbound calls, qualify leads,



and convert prospects into paying customers for KhataBuddy’s platform. Responsibilities include conducting product demos, explaining features and benefits, addressing customer queries, and providing timely follow-ups to drive closures. The role involves maintaining accurate records in the CRM, coordinating with marketing and customer success teams, and contributing feedback to improve sales processes and customer experience. The Inside Sales Executive will work closely with SMEs and business owners to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

Qualifications
- Strong Inside Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closure.
- Experience in Lead Generation, including prospecting, nurturing leads, and converting inquiries into opportunities.
