Position Summary

We are seeking a committed and detail-oriented professional to join our Process Excellence team as a DC Auditor. This role is critical to upholding operational excellence, ensuring food safety, and improving efficiency across our Distribution Centres (DCs).

The DC Auditor will be responsible for on-ground process audits, identifying non-compliances, supporting corrective actions, and driving a culture of accountability and quality.





Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive audits across DC operations including Inbound, Storage,

Quality, and Hygiene.
- Evaluate adherence to food safety protocols (FSSAI, GMP, GHP), hygiene norms, and

Country Delight SOPs.
- Identify non-conformities, operational gaps, and areas of improvement through

structured assessments.
- Collaborate with DC Managers and teams to support CAPA (Corrective and Preventive

Actions).
- Prepare audit reports, dashboards, and maintain real-time audit documentation.
- Follow up on action plans to ensure timely resolution of observations.
- Provide support in on-ground training and awareness programs.
- Work in night shifts and conduct surprise audits to ensure unbiased evaluations.

Desired Qualifications & Skills
- B.Tech in Food Technology, Dairy Science, Agriculture, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in food industry audit
