Role Description
As a full-time Customer Success Manager at Fleetx.ai, located on-site in Hyderabad, you will be responsible for ensuring customers gain maximum value from the platform. You will manage post-sales relationships, onboard current clients, and guide them through product adoption and best practices. Daily activities include monitoring customer health metrics, addressing product-related queries, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues, and identifying opportunities for upselling and expansion. You will gather feedback,
translate customer needs into actionable insights, and proactively work to improve satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships. The role requires close collaboration with product, support, and sales teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
