About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced QA Manager to lead end-to-end quality assurance operations at our manufacturing facility. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining quality systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing audits, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO 22716, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Handle batch release, in-process quality checks, and final product approvals.
- Lead internal and external audits and support regulatory inspections.
- Manage deviations, CAPA, change control, and quality documentation.
- Coordinate with Production, R&D;, QC, and Warehouse teams for quality compliance.




- Ensure proper vendor qualification and raw material quality checks.
- Train, guide, and mentor the QA team.
- Maintain accurate quality records and ensure timely closure of quality-related activities.

Qualifications & Experience:
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry, Microbiology, or a relevant field.
- 6+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in the Cosmetics, Personal Care, or Pharma industry.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO 22716 (Cosmetic GMP), and regulatory guidelines.
- Hands-on experience in audits, CAPA, deviations, change control, and compliance.
- Robust leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Location: Kolgaon, Palghar, Maharashtra

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
