Job Description:

We are looking for high-potential BE/BTech graduates with an MBA preferred with (4-5 for Junior), (6-8 for Senior) years of experience who aspire to build a career in Business Development and Consulting-led Sales. This role is designed as a learning-to-leading journey, where you will be groomed to independently manage client relationships, identify opportunities, and drive business growth over time. Initially, you will work closely with senior team members across sales, pre-sales, and delivery, gradually building capabilities to own end-to-end account growth responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Interaction & Communication
- Support account managers in client meetings, CXO discussions, and presentations
- Understand customer business goals, digital transformation initiatives, and roadmap requirements




- Build confidence in articulating ideas clearly and professionally
- Learn to understand client problems and business contexts

2. Research & Opportunity Identification
- Conduct market research, account research, and competitor analysis
- Identify potential areas of opportunity within accounts
- Support in building account plans and opportunity pipelines

3. Proposal & Pre-Sales Support
- Assist in preparing proposals, client presentations, and solution documents
- Work with internal teams to gather inputs for client pitches
- Learn how to connect business needs with technical solutions and evolve to advising customers on technology strategy, architecture, and best practices
- Recommend cutting-edge solutions leveraging Cloud, AI, Automation, Integration, Analytics, and Data platforms
- Participate in Event & Webinar Campaigns and ensure closure with needed follow-ups
- Account Specific Newsletter Campaigns and Follow-ups
