HR & BUSINESS OPERATIONS MANAGER

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly responsible, proactive, and result-oriented HR & Business Operations Manager who can independently manage the companys HR functions, employee coordination, recruitment, sales support, and day-to-day business operations.

The candidate will work closely with the Management and will be responsible for ensuring that employees perform effectively, company processes run smoothly, and business and sales objectives are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

1. Human Resource Management
- Manage the complete HR functions of the company.
- Maintain regular communication and coordination with all employees.
- Manage attendance, leave, discipline, employee records, and HR documentation.
- Implement company HR policies, rules, and SOPs.
- Monitor employee performance and productivity.
- Conduct regular employee performance reviews.

2. Recruitment & Team Building
- Identify manpower requirements in consultation with Management.
- Prepare job descriptions and coordinate recruitment activities.




- Source, screen, interview, and select suitable candidates.
- Manage employee joining, documentation, induction, and onboarding.
- Build a robust and productive team according to business requirements.

3. Sales & Business Support
- Work closely with Management to develop strategies for increasing sales.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team and monitor their daily activities.
- Track sales targets, customer follow-ups, lead generation, and conversion.
- Identify performance gaps and take corrective actions in consultation with Management.
- Motivate employees and sales teams to achieve their targets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

4. Business Operations
- Take ownership of the company’s day-to-day operational activities.
- Coordinate between different departments and ensure smooth workflow.
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
