About You

You are a senior and experienced sales and/or marketing professional who has managed a team to deliver sales targets via execution of successful marketing campaigns over both digital and off line traditional channels. You understand how to build brands, get campaigns designed, guerilla marketing and the use of Google and Meta in Digital marketing. You have exposure to professional sales environments and are not afraid to take on targets.

Role Description





The Sales Head will lead and execute the school’s admission and enrollment strategy by converting inquiries into successful admissions, building strong parent relationships, and ensuring a seamless admission experience aligned with the values and vision of Sky World School. Role is based in Sector 21, Panchkula that is close to Zirakpur.
- Drive student admissions by effectively converting inquiries into enrollments.
- Achieve monthly and annual admission targets as defined by management.
- Maintain strong conversion ratios from leads to confirmed admissions.
- Develop strategies to improve admissions pipeline and parent engagement.
- Counsel prospective parents regarding the school’s academic philosophy, curriculum, infrastructure, and student development programs.
