Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Education Counsellor to guide students through the overseas education process and drive successful admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding study-abroad opportunities, courses, universities, and destinations.
- Understand students’ academic profiles and recommend suitable options.
- Handle student enquiries, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Manage the complete counselling and admission process from enquiry to application.
- Maintain regular communication with students and parents.
- Achieve individual counselling and admission targets.
- Coordinate with the admission and visa teams for smooth case processing.
- Maintain accurate student records and update CRM regularly.
- Participate confidently in Zoom/online meetings, seminars, and student sessions.
- Build strong relationships with students and ensure a positive counselling experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in overseas education counselling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, professional, and target-oriented approach.
- Good knowledge of study-abroad destinations and admission processes.
- Ability to handle multiple students and follow-ups efficiently.
- Strong English communication skills.
