Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced
Engineering Manager – AI Transformation / Applied AI Engineering
to lead engineering teams building enterprise-grade AI solutions.

The role combines
people leadership, hands-on architecture, coding, stakeholder management and delivery ownership
. The ideal candidate should have a robust software engineering foundation, experience building applications, excellent architecture skills and proven experience delivering AI/ML/GenAI solutions in production.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and guide software, data, ML and full-stack engineering teams.
- Contribute to architecture and system design for AI-powered applications.
- Design and deliver GenAI, LLM, RAG, agentic AI and enterprise AI solutions.
- Partner with Product Managers, business stakeholders, architects,



data teams and governance teams.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and delivery plans.
- Own engineering execution across design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring and production support.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, reliable and cost-efficient.
- Drive engineering best practices, code quality, design reviews, CI/CD, observability and documentation.
- Manage stakeholder communication, delivery risks, dependencies and technical trade-offs.
- Drive reusable AI components, engineering accelerators and AI development practices.

Required Experience
- 15–18 years of total engineering experience.
- 9–12 years of relevant engineering/software leadership experience.
- Strong hands-on software development and application-building experience.
- Strong architecture and system design background.
- Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on AI/ML/GenAI experience.
