WiseAI is our first product - an AI-native academic OS for engineering colleges - and your primary focus. As we launch further products, you'll take the same role across the portfolio. You'll learn the platform inside out, run demos for colleges, onboard faculty and students, and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.
What you'll do
- Run product demos and walkthroughs for faculty, HODs and placement teams, online and on campus
- Handle platform operations: course and batch setup, user provisioning, assessment configuration, content uploads
- Onboard and train faculty and student cohorts; create quick-reference guides and short how-to videos
- Act as first-line support - resolve queries, log bugs, follow up with the product team until closed
- Track platform usage and flag adoption gaps
- Support the sales cycle with lead follow-ups, pilot coordination and proposal inputs
- Assist marketing with campus events,
webinars, testimonials and social content
What we're looking for
- 0-2 years of experience, or a strong fresher with genuine software aptitude
- Excellent spoken and written English; confident presenting to a room
- Picks up software fast and explains it simply to non-technical users
- Organised and self-driven; comfortable managing several colleges at once
- Willing to travel to campuses
- Comfortable in an early-stage environment where products and priorities evolve
Valuable to have:
Telugu/Hindi fluency · exposure to any LMS (Moodle, Canvas, Google Classroom) · basic understanding of AI tools and coding workflows · CRM or deck-building experience. Development experience.
