Job Summary:

Our client is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) for its LED Lighting Division. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing new customer accounts, generating leads, expanding market presence, and achieving sales targets for LED lighting products.

The ideal candidate should have robust experience in B2B sales and business development, preferably within the LED lighting, electrical, lighting, or allied industries

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets for LED lighting products.

Identify and generate new business opportunities through direct sales, networking, market research, references, and industry connections.

Develop and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, builders, developers, dealers, distributors, electrical contractors, and corporate clients.

Identify and pursue LED lighting projects across commercial, industrial, residential, infrastructure,



and other relevant segments.

Generate leads, conduct client meetings, understand project requirements, and convert prospects into business opportunities.

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and client interaction to negotiation, order closure, and follow-up.

Develop and expand the company's dealer and distributor network in assigned markets.

Prepare and submit quotations, commercial proposals, and project-related offers in coordination with internal teams.

Coordinate with the technical, design, production, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.

Conduct regular market visits to identify new customers, projects, competitors, and market opportunities.

Monitor competitor activities, product pricing, market trends, and customer requirements.

Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular updates on leads, opportunities, forecasts, and closures.
