We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with 12-15 years of proven experience in execution and delivery of high-rise residential/commercial building projects. The candidate should possess strong expertise in both Mivan shuttering and conventional shuttering systems and have hands-on experience in managing complete project lifecycle including structural and finishing works.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, monitor, and successfully deliver high-rise construction projects within approved timelines and budgets.
- Manage end-to-end construction activities including excavation, structure, finishing, and project handover.
- Lead execution of projects using Mivan shuttering as well as conventional shuttering methodologies.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, architects, vendors, and internal stakeholders for smooth project execution.
- Ensure adherence to project schedules, quality standards, safety norms, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Supervise civil, structural, and finishing activities across all project phases.
- Monitor and control project progress,



manpower deployment, material planning, and resource utilization.
- Handle execution and quality control of finishing works including plaster, flooring, tiling, painting, waterproofing, faade, false ceiling, doors, windows, MEP coordination, and final handover activities.
- Conduct regular site reviews and prepare project progress reports for management.
- Identify project risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure timely closure of snags and maintain project quality standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 12-15 years of experience in high-rise building construction projects.
- Robust working knowledge of Mivan shuttering and conventional shuttering systems.
- Proven experience in managing complete finishing works and project closure activities.
- Sound knowledge of construction planning, budgeting, quality control
