Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Coimbatore. The person in this role will identify and pursue new business opportunities across IT & AI solutions, engineering services, and digital growth offerings, including CRM and digital marketing.



Daily responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts to close deals. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with technical and marketing teams to design tailored solutions, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. The role also involves market research, tracking industry trends, reporting sales performance, and contributing to strategic planning and revenue growth.
