1. P&L; Ownership & Financial Stewardship
- Fiscal Accountability: Drive absolute financial health across all brand portfolios, managing the agencys account revenue targets, margins, and resource allocation. Organic Scale: Identify latent business challenges within existing client ecosystems and convert them into upsell and cross-sell revenue opportunities.
- Commercial Engineering: Oversee contract negotiations, master service agreements (MSAs), fee structures, and scope-of-work (SOW) compliance to ensure agency profitability.

2. Strategic Brand Leadership & Client Architecture
- The Trusted Advisor: Cultivate deeply rooted, C-suite relationships with major brand partners, serving as their macro-level marketing consultant.
- Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner seamlessly with the Head of Creative & Strategy to ensure client briefs are sharply interrogated, business goals are clearly defined, and creative pitches are structurally bulletproof.
- Market Insight: Constantly analyze consumer trends, digital shifts,



and market data to weigh in strategically on both the agency's internal roadmap and our clients' market positioning.

3. Team Building & Operational Excellence
- Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing squad of senior account managers, and executives, instilling a culture of proactive problem-solving.
- Workflow Optimization: Modernize client servicing workflows to ensure seamless, agile execution across integrated traditional, digital, and performance marketing campaigns.
