Qualitative Research
- Understand project requirements and respondent criteria.
- Recruit respondents as per the project requirements through different channels.
- Coordinate with the field team to ensure timely recruitment.
- Verify that the respondents meet all the screening criteria before sharing their profiles with the client.
- Ensure all required supporting documents (invoice, payment proof, photographs, etc. of respondents) are collected whenever applicable.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with respondents for smooth execution.
Quantitative Research
- Coordinate with the field team during the project.
- Review respondent profiles received from the team before sharing them with the client.
- Ensure profiles meet the required screening criteria and quality standards.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular project updates.
Conducting Interview
- Review questionnaires/discussion guides before interviews.
- Conduct qualitative interviews with respondents whenever required.
- Ensure interviews are conducted smoothly and capture the required information accurately.
- Prepare interview notes and share recordings/details with the client, wherever applicable.
Secondary Research
- Conduct online research to identify relevant companies and target respondents.
- Build contact databases using publicly available sources.
- Reach out to potential respondents through calls, emails or LinkedIn (where applicable).
- Assist the team in identifying suitable respondents for ongoing and upcoming research projects.
Team Coordination
- Coordinate with the field team throughout the project.
- Follow up on recruitment status, timelines and project updates.
- Maintain project trackers and ensure timely communication with all vendors.
