Role Description




The Deputy Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales of housing finance products, including home loans and loan against property, within the Ghaziabad market. This full time, on-site role involves managing and growing a portfolio of customers, building and maintaining relationships with developers, builders, channel partners, and direct customers, and ensuring achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets. The role includes identifying business opportunities, conducting customer meetings, explaining product features and eligibility criteria, and guiding customers through the application and approval process. The Deputy Sales Manager will collaborate with credit, operations, and collections teams to ensure smooth processing, high customer satisfaction, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
