Role Description
The Assistant Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for supporting revenue growth and client relationship management for CW Hospitality’s Food & Beverage services. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing leads, and conducting client meetings and site visits to understand event requirements.
The Assistant Sales Manager will prepare proposals and quotations, coordinate with operations and culinary teams to ensure service commitments are met, and follow up with clients to secure repeat business. Daily tasks include maintaining a sales pipeline, updating sales reports and CRM records, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, and assisting in the planning and execution of promotional activities. The role also requires close collaboration with senior sales leadership to achieve sales targets and uphold CW Hospitality’s service standards.
