We are looking for an experienced and energetic Restaurant Manager to lead the operations at All American Diner, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in restaurant operations, team management, guest handling, and maintaining high service standards.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while driving guest satisfaction, team performance, revenue, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the FOH and BOH teams to deliver consistent service standards.
- Ensure excellent guest experience and customer satisfaction through effective floor management and prompt resolution of concerns.
- Monitor restaurant sales, revenue, average guest spend, and operational performance.
- Drive business through effective upselling, promotions, and service initiatives.
- Maintain and implement SOPs, service standards, hygiene, and food safety practices.
- Monitor inventory, wastage, breakage,



and operational costs in coordination with the relevant departments.
- Ensure proper staff scheduling, manpower planning, attendance, and deployment.
- Conduct regular team briefings and ensure effective communication across departments.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with Kitchen, Bar, HR, Purchase, Finance, and Management for smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory, safety, hygiene, and company policies.
- Conduct regular floor checks and ensure the restaurant maintains required presentation and service standards.
- Analyse operational challenges and proactively implement corrective measures.
- Support the management in achieving sales and profitability targets.
