Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior PLC Programmer with 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation, control system architecture, and manufacturing line integration. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, programming, testing, commissioning, and maintaining programmable logic controllers (PLCs), HMIs, SCADA systems, and shop-floor interfaces.

The ideal candidate possesses deep technical expertise in industrial communication protocols, motion control, and cross-functional integration between shop-floor automation.

Key Responsibilities

System Design:
Develop control system architecture, P&I; diagrams, and software specifications from scratch or client requirements.

Advanced Programming:
Write and optimize code using Ladder Logic (LL), Structured Text (ST), and Function Block Diagrams (FBD).

HMI Integration:
Configure Human-Machine Interfaces for real-time plant monitoring.

Testing & Commissioning:
Conduct offline simulation checks, panel testing, and in office deployment to ensure smooth plant operations.





Troubleshooting & Maintenance:
Diagnose electrical or software failures, manage version control backups, and implement safety interlocks.

Leadership:
Supervise on-site teams, handle Bill of Materials (BOM) discrepancies, and maintain compliance with industry safety standards.

Required Technical Qualifications & Skills

Education:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or Control Engineering.

Experience:

6 to 8 years of direct experience in PLC programming, HMI development, and industrial commissioning.

PLC Hardware & Software Platforms (Proficiency in at least two major brands):

Mitsubishi: GX Works 2/3, iQ-R / iQ-F / System Q series, MX Component

Siemens: TIA Portal, S7-1200 / S7-1500, WinCC

Omron : Sysmac Studio, CX-One

Schematics & Hardware:

Hands-on proficiency in reading electrical schematics, P&ID; drawings, I/O wiri
