Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with development teams and designers to build high-quality web and mobile applications.
- Design and develop user interface components using React Native and JavaScript.
- Troubleshoot issues and optimize front-end performance.
- Write clean, reusable, scalable, and maintainable JavaScript/TypeScript code.
- Understand client requirements and deliver projects within defined timelines and budgets.
- Use Redux and other JavaScript libraries for state management and asynchronous API integration.
- Plan and implement productive data and presentation layers for front-end applications.
- Lead the development team, provide technical guidance, and ensure best coding practices.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in React Native development.
- Strong knowledge of TypeScript.
- Experience with Redux Toolkit, Flex, and modern React development practices.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles and wireframes.
- Excellent problem-solving and team leadership skills.
