Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Manager based in Hyderabad for a field-focused role. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, meeting clients in person, explaining our services, and converting leads into projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential businesses, industries, and market segments for digital marketing services
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, and other business development activities
- Conduct in-person meetings with prospective and existing clients to understand their business and marketing needs
- Present and clearly explain Sunraise Solutions’ digital marketing services and solutions




- Prepare and share proposals in coordination with internal teams
- Build and maintain robust, long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups
- Negotiate and close deals to bring in new projects and contribute to revenue growth
- Track market trends and competitor activities to support business development strategy
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and opportunities

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles (experience in digital marketing or IT services is a plus)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability and willingness to work on the field, conduct regular client visits, and travel within Hyderabad as needed
- Good understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, social media, ads, etc.) or willingness to learn quickly
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently
- Strong relationship-building
