JOB ROLE:
- Make Inbound& outbound calls to leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products/services.
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp to generate appointments/enquiries.
- Maintain lead details and update daily calling/MIS reports.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for lead conversion and follow-ups.
ROLE REQUIRES:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience: 1–2 years in Telecalling, Digital Marketing, Lead Generation, or Customer Support. Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Proficiency Microsoft Office [ Excel Is Must]
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
