Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Senior PowerApps Developer to design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, PowerApps desktop).
- The role will partner with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to translate requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions that improve business processes and drive measurable outcomes.
- Development of Power Apps and Power Automate flows to automate business processes.
- Ensure solutions follow security, governance, accessibility, and performance best practices.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and support production applications; define monitoring and alerting strategies.
- Produce technical documentation, runbooks, and training materials.

Required Qualifications & Skills




- 8+ years of professional experience developing business applications; 5+ years specifically with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate).
- Solid hands-on experience with:
- Power Apps (canvas and model-driven apps)
- PowerAutomate Desktop
- Power Automate (cloud flows, desktop flows where applicable)
- Solid understanding of ALM for Power Platform: solution management, source control, CI/CD.
- Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder communication, and documentation skills.
- Familiar with Agile delivery methods and DevOps practices.
- Strong communication skills able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborative team player and proactive problem-solver.
- Ability to prioritize work, manage multiple stakeholders, and deliver under deadlines.
- Mentoring and leadership mindset.
