What You’ll Do
- Lead deployment, configuration, and integration of Motadata solutions in customer environments to ensure operational efficiency.
- Implement Observability and Monitoring solutions across enterprise infrastructures to enhance system visibility.
- Design and deploy APM and RUM use cases to optimize application performance and user experience.
- Work closely with clients to understand business and technical requirements, ensuring solutions are tailored to meet specific needs.
- Design scalable IT Monitoring, Logging, and ITSM solutions for diverse organizational needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams including DevOps, Product, and Support to ensure seamless implementation delivery.
- Provide training and onboarding support to customers to promote effective product adoption.
- Create and maintain comprehensive implementation documentation, SOPs,
and user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Troubleshoot deployment and integration challenges efficiently to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

Key Skills & Expertise
- Hands-on experience with Observability and Monitoring tools such as Datadog, SolarWinds, or Motadata.
- Strong expertise in APM and RUM implementation.
- Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Symphony, or Zoho Desk.
- Experience of Linux, Windows Server, Networking, DMZ, and Firewalls.
- Experience with Cloud and On-Premise deployments.
- Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
