Role & responsibilities
- Implementing the company Standards for the Technical Design Department & supervising the Technical Team in the preparation of Schematic Design, Detailed Design and Issue for construction drawings.
- Managing and Guiding the Project Leads and BIM Architects / Engineers & ensure all the details required for construction in Coordination with HOD.
- Assigning projects for the Bim Architects / Engineers & Monitoring the preparation of Working Drawings with sufficient construction details (Project wide general supervision) for Head office approval.
- Monitoring and guiding the Technical Staff on server filing and correspondence to Head office.
- Following the correct formats based on project requirement.
- Make sure the coordination is done properly so that no rework or mistakes happen on site.
- Training the team in materials and construction methodologies based on SOBHA Standards and design intent and mentoring them to do proper detailing using BIM technology.
- Holding Regular meetings,



discussion and correspondence with head office Team leads or managers regarding the unresolved details and design issues.
- Evaluating the staff based on feedback from the team leaders as well as ensuring staff productivity.
- Preparation of the reports as required by HOD.
