We are looking for a creative, proactive, and social-media-savvy Social Media Marketing Executive who understands how brands communicate online and knows what makes people stop scrolling.

You will be responsible for managing social media accounts, developing content ideas, coordinating with creative teams, and ensuring consistent execution across platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and maintain monthly content calendars based on brand objectives.
- Come up with creative and engaging content ideas, reels concepts, posts, stories, and campaigns.
- Write or coordinate captions, copy, hooks, and CTAs.
- Stay updated with social media trends, formats, memes, sounds, and platform updates.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, influencers, and other internal teams for content execution.
- Manage and coordinate brand-wise influencer collaborations.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare basic monthly reports.
- Track metrics such as reach, engagement, followers,



views, and conversions.
- Conduct competitor and industry research to identify current content opportunities.
- Ensure that all content is aligned with the brand's tone, positioning, and visual identity.
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and activations.
- Engage with the audience through comments, DMs, and community management wherever required.

What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management / digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and current social media trends.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Good creative thinking and ability to generate fresh, non-generic content ideas.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
