Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and experienced Interior Designer to design and execute residential and commercial interior projects. The candidate should have robust technical knowledge, excellent visualization skills, and the ability to manage projects from concept development to site execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative design concepts based on client requirements.
- Prepare 2D layouts, working drawings, and detailed interior drawings using AutoCAD.
- Create 3D models and realistic visualizations using SketchUp and rendering software.
- Prepare mood boards, material palettes, and design presentations.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and contractors for smooth project execution.
- Conduct site visits to monitor work progress and ensure design quality.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories.
- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and cost estimates.
- Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality and budget.




- Manage multiple residential and commercial projects simultaneously.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Key Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, 3ds Max/V-Ray/Lumion (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial interior design
- Space planning and interior detailing
- 2D drafting and 3D visualization
- Working drawing preparation
- Material and finish selection
- BOQ preparation and cost estimation
- Site supervision and project coordination
- Vendor and contractor management
- Excellent presentation, communication, and client handling skills
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects
