What You'll Do
- Design realistic training scenarios: Build tasks based on real government, public-sector, policy, regulatory, administrative, and civic workflows from your qualified experience.
- Write realistic prompts: Create detailed, practically relevant requests that reflect the kind of work you would actually be asked to do or ask a colleague to complete.
- Provide reference files: Attach authentic or realistic supporting materials such as policy documents, government reports, regulations, legislative documents, program plans, public records, compliance materials, or other relevant files.
- Author the ideal answer: Develop a publication-quality analysis, policy brief, program plan, report, regulatory document, or professional deliverable that fully and accurately addresses the request.
- Create a grading rubric:



Define clear evaluation criteria and quality checks that an ideal response must meet.

Requirements
- Professional experience in government or public-sector roles, with hands-on experience working with government programs, policies, regulations, public administration, or civic processes.
- Relevant experience in areas such as policy analysis, government programs, public administration, government affairs, compliance, law, taxation, urban planning, environmental regulation, legislative work, public safety, or government operations.
- Excellent professional written communication skills.
- Comfortable using AI tools and writing prompts for AI tools, including image-generation tools when relevant.
- Able to produce polished, publication-ready, and technically rigorous professional materials.
