Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager with strong experience in the Home Furnishing / Interior / Textile Industry. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, driving sales growth, and expanding the company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the home furnishing and interior segment.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, references, exhibitions, and industry contacts.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with interior designers, architects, builders, developers, hotels, corporates, retailers, and institutional clients.
- Prepare and present product proposals, quotations, and commercial offers to prospective clients.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and commercial agreements with clients.
- Convert leads into successful business opportunities and ensure timely closure.

Market Development




- Identify emerging market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
- Explore new territories, customer segments, and distribution channels.
- Develop strategies for increasing market share and brand visibility.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, client meetings, and industry events.
- Build a strong network within the home furnishing and interior industry.

Client Relationship Management
- Maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with design, production, and operations teams for execution.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Handle client queries, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
- Follow up on orders, deliveries, payments, and repeat business opportunities.

Team & Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with Design, Sales, Production, Procurement, Accounts, and Operations teams.
- Prepare sales
