We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced skilled to join our team as a Project Management - eCOA specialist at Ruputed Pharmaceutical Company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry, with expertise in project management and experience working with electronic Common Technical Documents (eCTD).

Roles and Responsibility
- Manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including development, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs.
- Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Conduct project meetings, status updates, and progress reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.




- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues impacting project success.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant certifications or training in project management are advantageous.
- Proven experience in managing projects in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably with eCTD systems.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
