Role Description
The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team in day-to-day people operations and administrative tasks in a full-time, in office role located in the Greater Kolkata Area.



Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment activities such as sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining applicant records. The intern will help with onboarding and documentation, including preparing new-hire paperwork, updating employee files, and supporting orientation activities. The role also involves supporting HR policies and procedures, maintaining HR databases, and helping track attendance, leave, and performance-related information. The intern may assist in coordinating employee engagement initiatives, collecting feedback, and preparing HR reports and presentations for management. This role offers exposure to practical HR workflows in a technology-driven environment and the opportunity to learn from experienced HR and operations professionals.
