Role Description
The Inside Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. In this role, the professional will conduct outbound and inbound calls, identify and qualify leads, and promote Technoarete’s conferences, journals,



and related offerings to prospective participants and partners. The role includes maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, following up with leads, and nurturing relationships to convert inquiries into registrations or subscriptions. The Inside Sales Executive will collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with organizational goals, respond to customer queries, and provide timely information on programs and services. The position also involves meeting individual and team sales targets, preparing basic sales reports, and contributing feedback to improve sales processes and customer experience.

Qualifications
