Senior Sales Engineer with academic background of Mechanical Engineering and experience up to 8+ years in sector of Waste to Energy and non-conventional energy like Waste Heat Recovery power plants.
- Front end, client facing sales experience, preferably in Power plant (Thermal or gas)/Waste Heat recovery systems/Boilers/Combustion systems/systems/another Heavy Equipment/Turbine etc.
- Worked in the area of enquiry generation/Prospecting for clients/Tender tracking.
- Adept at Concept sales.
- Experienced at making pitches to clients (including Presentations to the C-suite level)/presentation at seminar/conventions.
- Key account management.
- Undertaken Research/Survey on any market of their line of business.
- International sales experience will be advantageous.
- Business Development for said product range.
- Supporting the Preparation of Proposals for Clientele.
- Supporting the Proposal Estimation team at Pune Office in Marketing activities.




- Achieving order booking as per targets.
- Carrying out techno commercial meetings.
- Business Development, Competition Analysis, gathering competitor data.
- Lucidity of communication (written and oral) would be a key factor in selection.
