- Follow up on enquiries and quotations.
- Contact existing and prospective customers.
- Update enquiry and quotation status.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding customer orders.
- Review order status and pending customer requirements.
- Submit sales and enquiry performance report.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a technical field will be an advantage.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in indoor sales, tele-sales, customer support, sales coordination, or B2B sales.
