- Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks such as creating detailed job descriptions and posting on various platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
