About the Role

In this role, you will plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness, website traffic, registrations, applications, and enrolments for Ashoka's High School Programs. You will create compelling content across digital, social, email, web, and print channels while collaborating closely with the Marketing, Program, and Design teams. Within six months, success will be reflected in consistently delivering high-quality campaigns that improve engagement and contribute measurably to program registrations and applications.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop marketing collateral, including social media creatives, emailers, website content, and merchandising using design tools such as Adobe, Canva, and other platforms, while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Write clear, compelling marketing copy to promote High School Programs across digital,



social, email, and web channels.
- Support the conceptualisation, planning, and execution of integrated digital and social marketing campaigns to drive awareness, website traffic, registrations, applications, and enrollments.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Program teams to create content, illustrate articles, and keep website content accurate and up to date.
- Identify customer needs, content gaps, and emerging trends to recommend recent content ideas and creative strategies for audience growth.
- Measure, analyse, and report campaign performance against defined goals, using insights to optimise campaign effectiveness and improve outcomes.
- Continuously identify opportunities to enhance campaign performance through data-driven optimisation and innovative marketing initiatives
