About the Role

We are looking for motivated and target-oriented Home Loan Sales Executives to join our DSA team. The candidate will be responsible for generating home loan leads, assisting customers throughout the loan process, and achieving monthly sales targets by promoting suitable home loan products from banks and financial institutions

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads for home loans through referrals, field visits, real estate agents, builders, and other channels.
- Understand customers' financial requirements and recommend suitable home loan options.
- Explain loan eligibility, interest rates, tenure, documentation, and other applicable terms to customers.
- Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.
- Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for login, processing, approval, and disbursement of loans.
- Follow up with customers and lenders throughout the complete loan process.




- Maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, brokers, and channel partners.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and disbursement targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, approvals, and disbursements.
- Ensure proper customer service and timely resolution of queries.

Eligibility & Skills
- Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
- Freshers can apply; experience in home loans, personal loans, banking, finance, or DSA sales will be an advantage.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Solid sales and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is preferred.
- Willingness to travel locally for field sales and customer meetings.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹[20,000] – ₹[40,000] per month
