Role Description
The Production and Manufacturing Operator role at Newchecks Solutions is a full time, on-site position based in Hosur.



The operator will oversee daily production activities, operate and monitor manufacturing machinery, and follow standard operating procedures to ensure product quality and safety. Responsibilities include loading and unloading materials, performing basic equipment checks, reporting faults or deviations, and maintaining cleanliness in the work area. The role also involves adhering to production schedules, documenting output, complying with safety and quality guidelines, and collaborating with supervisors and team members to meet operational targets. The operator may assist with minor adjustments, support continuous improvement initiatives, and participate in training to update skills and process knowledge.
