The Consultant will be responsible for maintaining accurate shipment master data by handling destination changes, correcting misrouted shipments, validating PIN codes, and updating customer geo-location details.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process destination changes and route shipments to the correct hub/center.
- Identify and correct misrouted shipments using address, PIN code, and routing guidelines.
- Validate and correct PIN codes and customer addresses.
- Update accurate latitude and longitude details using Google Maps or approved tools.
- Ensure data accuracy, quality, and SOP compliance while minimizing errors and rework.
- Coordinate with Operations and escalate exceptions to the Team Lead.

Required Skills:
- Basic understanding of logistics, shipment routing, and address/PIN code validation.
- Familiarity with Google Maps and Microsoft Excel.
- Robust attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Qualification & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Experience in logistics, operations, data processing, or Master Data Management (MDM) is an advantage.
