Role Description
This full-time, on-site Lead Generation Trainee / Business Development Trainee role is based in Mulshi. The role involves researching target markets and potential clients, building prospect lists, and qualifying leads through online research, email,



and phone interactions. Responsibilities include supporting business development campaigns, scheduling meetings or demos for senior team members, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or lead-tracking tools. The trainee will assist in preparing outreach content, basic proposals, and reports on lead-generation performance. Collaboration with sales and marketing teams to refine targeting strategies and improve conversion outcomes is a key part of the role.
