Role & responsibilities

A Visual Graphics Designer & GenAI Storyteller role focused on creating high-impact, conversion-driven visuals and content across digital platforms for a digital health platform. The role sits at the intersection of performance marketing, storytelling, and GenAI, responsible for creating scroll-stopping ad creatives, short and long-form video content, and AI-assisted visual storytelling systems to help translate complex metabolic health concepts into compelling visual narratives.

Must Have Requirements
Proficiency in GenAI tools (Runway, Midjourney, Pika, Haygen)
Ability to create human-like AI-generated content that is not discernible as AI-generated
Experience with design tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite)
Strong portfolio showcasing visual storytelling and ad creatives
Ability to think in hooks, narratives, and conversion outcomes
Excellent communication skills and comfort working asynchronously
US or India timezone with mandatory overlap with USA
