About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented
Technical Recruiter
to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IT recruitment and a good understanding of technical hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the
end-to-end recruitment process
for IT and technical positions.
- Source candidates through
LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases, and other channels
.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, notice period, and salary expectations.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate expectations.
- Handle multiple IT recruitment requirements simultaneously.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and schedule interviews with clients/hiring managers.
- Maintain an active candidate pipeline and ensure timely closure of open positions.




- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interviews, offers, and joining.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate records.
- Achieve recruitment targets while maintaining candidate quality and turnaround time.

Requirements

- Strong candidate screening and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a target-driven environment.
- Valuable negotiation, follow-up, and coordination skills.
