- 3-5 years of relevant DevOps experience
- Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset
- Ability to work independently in a quick-moving environment
- Clear communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Own CI/CD pipelines and automate build, test, and deployment workflows
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / CloudFormation)
- Improve system reliability, observability, and incident response processes
- Manage containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Ensure high availability, performance optimization, and cost efficiency
- Drive security best practices, secrets management, and compliance standards
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve DevOps maturity and release velocity




- Monitor production systems and proactively resolve bottlenecks

Technical Skills Required
- Strong experience with AWS / GCP / Azure
- Hands-on with Docker & Kubernetes
- CI/CD tools: Jenkins / GitHub Actions / GitLab CI
- Infrastructure as Code: Terraform (preferred)
- Monitoring & logging: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog
- Scripting: Python / Bash / Shell
- Good understanding of networking, security, and system design
- Experience with microservices architecture

Good to Have
- Exposure to cost optimization & cloud architecture design
- Experience handling zero-downtime deployments
- Knowledge of SRE principles
