? What We're Looking For
- 2–7 years of recruitment / talent acquisition experience
- International recruitment experience is strongly preferred
- Experience hiring across
multiple countries
- Experience with
commission-based recruitment
will be an advantage
- Solid sourcing and candidate engagement skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Target-oriented and commercially driven approach
