Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based at the MPP Jewellers store in Bankura. The Sales Executive is responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through jewelry selections while providing accurate product information and transparent pricing.



Daily tasks include demonstrating product features, handling inquiries, preparing quotations, and supporting billing and documentation processes. The role also involves maintaining visual merchandising standards, ensuring product displays are attractive and organized, and keeping the showroom clean and customer-ready. The Sales Executive will help drive sales targets, follow up with prospective and existing customers, support promotional activities, and collaborate with the team to improve customer satisfaction and store performance.

Qualifications
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service, build rapport, and communicate clearly and respectfully with a wide range of clients.
- Solid sales and negotiation abilities, including understanding customer needs, explaining product value, and supporting closing of sales in a consultative manner.
- Basic proficiency with billing systems or point-of-sale tools
