We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Recruiter to join our Human Resources team in Bangalore. The incumbent will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities for technical and engineering positions across the organization. The role will focus on attracting, sourcing, assessing, and hiring high-caliber talent for manufacturing, engineering, project management, quality assurance, supply chain, and field service functions supporting the Oil & Gas sector.

The ideal candidate should possess solid experience in technical recruitment within manufacturing, industrial engineering, EPC, Oil & Gas, energy, or heavy engineering industries. This role requires excellent stakeholder management skills, market intelligence, candidate engagement capabilities, and the ability to deliver quality hires within defined timelines.

Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, job specifications, and hiring priorities.




- Develop sourcing strategies to attract qualified technical and engineering professionals.
- Recruit for positions including Mechanical Engineers, Design Engineers, Project Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Instrumentation Engineers, Production Engineers, Quality Engineers, HSE Professionals, Procurement Specialists, CNC Programmers, Weld Engineers, Field Service Engineers, and Project Managers.
- Conduct preliminary screening, technical evaluations, and competency-based interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality-of-hire standards.

Candidate Sourcing
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, recruitment agencies, and industry associations.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of passive and active candidates for critical technical roles.
