Job Summary:

Travel Manager is responsible for developing and managing the companys corporate travel program. This includes overseeing travel arrangements, negotiating with vendors,



ensuring compliance with travel policies, and optimizing travel-related expenditures. The role requires strategic thinking, excellent vendor management skills, and a customer-focused mindset to support employee mobility and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and continuously improve corporate travel policies and procedures.

Manage end-to-end travel operations including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, visas, and travel insurance.

Liaise with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and other vendors to negotiate contracts and secure the best rates.

Monitor and control travel budgets, ensuring cost-effective travel planning.

Ensure compliance with travel policy and approval workflows.

Track and analyse travel data, identify trends, and provide reports with actionable insights.

Address and resolve any travel-related issues or emergencies promptly.
